Quorum not met for Cloverdale council

Thursday, March 21, 2019

CLOVERDALE -- A rescheduled regular meeting of the Cloverdale Town Council was set for Tuesday evening. However, it was called after a quorum could not be met.

The meeting was moved from the second Tuesday of this month due to Clerk-Treasurer Cheryl Galloway and Town Manager Wayne Galloway attending a conference where Water Treatment Manager Richard Saucerman was honored as the Water System Operation Specialist of the Year Award from Alliance of Indiana Rural Water.

The council will hold a special meeting on March 26 to address letting of bids for demolition work at 335 Someday Way, which was approved in February. The council will also address the town’s claims. This meeting will convene at the Cloverdale Town Hall at 7 p.m.

The Cloverdale Town Council’s next regular meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 9 at 7 p.m. in the Cloverdale Town Hall.
