Cloverdale Middle School student Riley Bates (bottom) of Cloverdale, meet with State Senate President Pro Tem Rodric Bray (R-Martinsville) while serving as recent pages at the Statehouse in Indianapolis. Sen. Bray represents the southern half of Putnam County in the State Senate. Pages spend a day at the Statehouse, touring the historic building, observing debates from the Senate and House floor and interacting with their legislators. Students in grades 6-12 can participate in the page program on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays during the legislative session. Student groups serve on Wednesdays.
