James H. Easton

James H. Easton, 87, Stilesville, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at the Plainfield Health Care Center in Plainfield.

Born Nov. 25, 1931 in Bedford, he was the son of William Elmer Easton and Nellie R. (Thompson) Easton.

Survivors include his wife Beverly J. (Conaway) Easton; daughter Tonya Welker (Billy) of Huntsville, Ala.; sister-in-law Audrey Vermillion; stepchildren Susan Dunn (Don) of Coatesville and Mark Stewart (Anna) of Chino, Calif.; grandchildren Annie and Duncan Welker of Alabama; and several other family members.

His parents, first wife Barbara Easton, sister Margaret Walton and brother William A. "Bud" Easton preceded him in death.

James was a musician, a machinist for Chrysler, farmer and avid Pacer fan.

Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Monday, April 8 at Bousley Funeral Home, Coatesville. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Seger officiating.

Burial will follow in the Center Valley Cemetery.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the Stilesville Christian Church.
