Realtors set home buying seminar April 18

Anyone in the market for a new home and even those who think purchasing a home is just a dream is invited to learn more about the process on Thursday, April 18.

Carpenter Realtors, along with sponsors Bailey & Wood Financial Group and Ruoff Home Mortgage, is planning the seminar from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at The Inn at DePauw.

Experts from Carpenter, Bailey & Wood and Ruoff, as well as Quality Title and a home inspector, will be on hand to educate potential buyers and make the dream of homeownership come true.

The lenders will also be able to take applications on site.

Besides plenty of information about the home buying process, the event will feature door prizes and a nacho bar for refreshments.
