Marcia Lou Stone

Marcia Lou Stone, daughter of Harvey William (Bill) Stone Jr. and Rose Louise (Shaw) (Stone) Jones, passed peacefully April 8, 2019.

After a long battle with cancer, Marcia went into heaven to be with God, her daddy (Bill), her mother (Rose), her brother (Steve Stone), and all those who have passed before her.

Marcia attended Fillmore and South Putnam High School and DePauw University.

She grew up in Fillmore, and later, in her teen years, in Mt. Meridian, at Rose's Fresh Eggs.

Marcia's siblings are Janet Jones Bazini (John), Steve Stone (Terrie), Marcia Stone, Carolyn Jones Hutchins (Charlie) and Connie Jones Pope (Paul).

Marcia has five stepchildren, Jay Bryant, Josh Bryant, Sarah Bryant-Lewis (husband Willie), Ashley Beasley (husband Leroy) and Christine (husband Michael).

Marcia has 12 grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren, and lastly there is one great-granddaughter who is only three weeks old.

A celebration of life for Marcia Lou Stone will be held on July 6 in Lutz, Fla.
