First Friday to feature farmers market theme

With First National Bank as the sponsor, the August edition of Greencastle First Friday will have a farmers market theme.

The event will feature handcraft vendors from the local Farmers Market, along with some machinery from the Antique Tractor Association.

As always, there will also be many food choices and vendors, along with three live stages of music. Crowe Committee will play the main stage north of the Putnam County Courthouse, with Main Street Band on the Indiana Street Stage and the Forest Gras Band on the Wasser Stage.

Residents are also invited to vote for their choice of design for the Putnam County Mural Project while they are at First Friday. Voting will only be available on Friday, either in person at First Friday or online at www.putnamcountymuralproject.org.
