Golfers contribute to Allison fund

The 15th Annual Mary Allison Children’s Trust Golf Outing was held on July 12 at Clover Meadows Golf Course.

A team from Clover Meadows won first place, while the second-place team was Langdon and Friends and a team from Greencastle Community Schools claimed third.

Tourney organizer Ginger Scott noted that each team donated its prize winnings back to the trust to continue the legacy of Mary Allison assisting the children of Putnam County.

“The biggest winners were the children of Putnam County for the continuing support of all participants,” Scott said.
