Smith thankful for festival support

The Greencastle Music Fest 10th Anniversary was an epic weekend made possible by more than 50 generous sponsors, 100 volunteers and close to 4,500 music lovers.

With absolutely gorgeous weather, it made for an incredible two days of magic for young and old.

Thank you to DePauw for allowing us to use the barricades, to Tom Sutherlin and his officers who provided security to keep everyone safe, Steve Hibler, Cloverdale town marshal, for taking care of the back stage so efficiently, and to Lori Hutchison and her group who created and led the Kids Area and made it fun. Thanks also to Lita Sandy for her backdrop and theatre props.

As I reminisce about this event, I am forever grateful for the “Star of the Show” the WEATHER.
