Take a little care when you recycle

o the Editor:

I took my weekly collection to Kroger to put in their paper recycling bins. Clearly in front of one’s eyes is signage telling us what not to put in them.

I looked inside of the one that was nearly full. The entire top layer consisted of plastic and glass bottles, film plastic items, and ... wait for it ... a large number of aerosol paint cannisters!

Whoever dumped these items are trying to recycle, but don’t really care or can’t read.

It spoiled the entire load of paper beneath.
