Frank Phipps

A celebration of life for Frank Phipps with his family and friends will be take place from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 28 at the Bainbridge Christian Church, just north of the elementary school.

His memorial and military services will be held at the Bainbridge Cemetery at 1 p.m. the same day.

Hiss passing was on June 11, 2019 in Florida.
