Barbara Ann Fuson

Barbara Ann Fuson, 84, of Greencastle, passed away early Monday morning, Oct. 7, 2019, at Mill Pond Health Campus.

Barbara was born in Indianapolis on March 12, 1935, the daughter of Winfred and Lucylle (Wachsman) Fuson.

She was a graduate of Greencastle High School. She also attended DePauw University.

Ms. Fuson was a well-known Indiana artist, working in various media. Through her artwork and use of color, she expressed her love of life and the beauty she found in God’s creation.

Survivors include her two daughters, Cindy (Poor) Masten and husband Kirk and Lisa (Poor) Cooper and husband Joe; four grandchildren, Anna Kendall and husband Wes, Andrew Cooper and wife Holly, Joshua Masten and Katie Galvin and husband Nicholas; three nephews, Steve Poor, Mike Poor and Robert Fuson; and a niece, Susan (Fuson) Dean.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Dr. Robert Fuson.

Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 13, 2019 at Greencastle Presbyterian Church. The family will greet friends at the church one hour prior to time of service on Sunday.
