Indiana 4-H Leadership Summit registration due Nov. 1

Monday, October 28, 2019

Don’t miss out and check in with the Indiana 4-H Leadership Summit, scheduled for Saturday, Nov. 16, at the 502 E. Event Centre in Carmel.

Registration will be completed via 4honline this year for 4-H members, adult volunteers, general public and Extension staff who will be attending the program. Event registration may occur via the website in.4honline.com where payment may be made via credit/debit card. Registration will close on Nov. 1.

The registration fee for the day’s program will be $40 per person, which provides for lunch and all of the day’s activities. Contact the Extension office at 653-8411 if you need help registering. The Putnam 4-H Council will assist with the cost for any Putnam 4-H volunteer or member.

4-H Volunteers who will be recognized at the Summit for their tenure will be contacted directly by the State 4-H Office. They will have the opportunity to register themselves (complimentary as award winners) and pay for their guests to attend. They will complete this registration via the State 4-H Office.

At the Summit, you will meet 4-H members from across the State of Indiana! During the day, you will choose four fun, educational sessions to attend (of the 20 offered), giving you information that you can use personally and share with your 4-H members at home. You’ll enjoy a banquet luncheon while celebrating 4-H Accomplishment Scholarship recipients; and recognize the Indiana 4-H Volunteer Awards of Excellence and Tenured 4-H Volunteers for their contributions to the Indiana 4-H Program.

The educational program schedule includes topics like Pollinators, Civic Engagement, Fun Club Activities, Animal Science sessions, Science of Games, Out of County Experiences, and Healthy Living.
