These Kids are Alright

In recognition of their initiatives to foster their community, Paul Jedele of Jedele Enterprises presented three $500 MAC Grants to student groups at Greencastle High School, North Putnam High School and South Putnam High School recently. The group led by business teacher Kara Jedele at GHS receives their grant from Jedele (far left) inside the Greencastle McDonald’s.

Students taught by Amanda King (far right) at South Putnam also receive their grant from Jedele with Principal Levi Yowell (far left) present for the occasion. These grants will respectively go toward establishing a DECA chapter at GHS, creating a youth room inside the community center in Roachdale and an agriculture program with the goal of producing vegetables for South Putnam High School’s cafe.
