Roachdale bean supper set Saturday

ROACHDALE — The 51st-annual Roachdale Volunteer Fire Department bean supper is set for Saturday, Nov. 9 at the fire station, 202 N. Indiana St.

Beginning at 5 p.m., bean lovers can pay what they want and eat what they want from a selection that includes ham and beans, hot dogs, coneys, cornbread, coleslaw, cakes and pies.

There will also be plenty of door prizes.

Additionally, the recently-completed Roachdale Community Building in the old TDS office building will be open for tours from 5-7 p.m.
