Poland Lions to host Breakfast with Santa

POLAND — The Poland Community Lions Club’s fifth-annual Breakfast with Santa and live Christmas music will take place Saturday, Dec. 14 from 9 a.m.-noon.

The event starts at Cooks Corner Cafe located at the southeast corner of State Road 42 and the Bowling Green-Poland Road. The all-you-can-eat menu will include pancakes, sausage, sausage gravy, biscuits, potatoes and scrambled eggs. Cost is $10 for adults, $6 for ages 13 to 17 and free for children 12 and younger.

Each adult meal includes an age-related Christmas book and one 5x7 photo with Santa. Additional 5x7 photos are $5 each.

Santa, a bake sale and a silent auction will be found across the street at the Poland Lions Den from 9:30 a.m.-noon.
