Jonathan ‘Jay’ Reed II

Jonathan “Jay” Reed II, 26, of Bainbridge, passed away at 1:34 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2019 at Indiana University Health Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

He was born May 20, 1993 in Danville to Jonathan James Reed and Angela Blair Reed.

He was employed by Morris Manufacturing of Brazil.

He was home-schooled with the Cache School program in Crawfordsville. He was a member of Faithbridge Assembly of God in Rockville.

He was a gun enthusiast and enjoyed puzzles, Lego, geocaching and working on cars, especially his Jeep.

Survivors include his parents of Bainbridge; one sister, Angel (Jonah) Taylor of Crawfordsville; one brother, Travis Reed of Bainbridge; paternal grandparents, Randy and Sharon Reed of Rockville and David and Jeannie Howard of Bloomingdale; maternal grandparents, David and Karen Blair of Stilesville; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4 at Faithbridge Assembly of God, 541 W. U.S. Highway 36, Rockville, with Pastor Tim Henderson officiating. Burial will follow at Bloomingdale Friends Cemetery in Bloomingdale.

Visitation is from noon until 2 p.m. Saturday at the church.

Memorials, should friends so desire, may be made to the Faithbridge youth programs, 541 W. U.S. Highway 36, Rockville, IN 47872 in his memory.
