County Jail

Three people were booked in the Putnam County Jail on Thursday.

• At 2:25 p.m. Clifton D. Tuell, 55, Cloverdale, was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated.

• At 11:48 a.m. Kortinee J. Glenn, 27, Springfield, Ohio, was housed at the jail for possession of methamphetamine.

• At 11:20 a.m. Brooklyn M. Wagner, 24, Springfield, Ohio, was booked in for possession of methamphetamine.

City Police

One arrest was reported by Greencastle City Police officers.

• At 8:05 p.m. Jacqueline Jo Shepherd, 36, Greencastle, was arrested by Officer Alec Pettit at a Johnson Street residence on the city’s West Side.

Shepherd, who was lodged in the Putnam County Jail, is facing charges of intimidation and pointing a firearm.

* Update: Although arrested, Shepherd was not formally charged thanks to Indiana's "stand your ground" law, as she was in her own home, told the other person to leave and felt threatened.
