BAINBRIDGE — With the next visit of the Gleaners Mobile Food Truck just around the corner, organizers are expressing gratitude to the volunteers who have made the visits possible over the last three-plus years.

The Bainbridge Improvement Society, which has helped organize the event, recently expressed its gratitude: “Thanks to all the volunteers for three years of great service to the Bainbridge Community.”

The service continues with the Mobile Food Truck returning to the Bainbridge Community Building from 10-11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 22.

Participants should bring their own boxes or food bags to fill with their selections and arrive after 9 a.m. There is no age limit or ID requirement. Anyone in need is welcome.

Volunteer workers should arrive by 9 a.m. to set up tables and arrange items.

The 2-Fish Food Pantry at the Bainbridge Christian Church will not be open any Saturday that the Gleaners Truck is at the Bainbridge Community Building.
