Patricia ‘Pat’ (Fidler) Steagall

Patricia “Pat” Steagall, 87, of Bainbridge, passed away at her home Sunday, Feb. 23, 2020.

She was born in Farmersburg to the late Pascal and Lillian (Pittman) Fidler.

Pat was a 1950 graduate of Farmersburg High School.

She married Hayden B. Steagall Mar. 25, 1957. He preceded her in death Sept. 19, 2010.

Pat enjoyed being a homemaker. She was also employed at RCA in Indianapolis as a electronics assembler for 10 years from 1950-1960.

Pat was a member of the Shelburn Ebenezer United Methodist Church and currently attended the Bainbridge Christian Church. She also was an active member of the Corinthian Chapter #456 of the Order of the Eastern Star in Indianapolis.

A celebration of life will be held at Weaver & Randolph Funeral Home, Danville, from noon-4 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 29 with an Eastern Star service held at 3:30 p.m.

Per Pat’s request, cremation will take place prior to the services.

Survivors include her children, Kevin Burrel (Tracy) Steagall of Bainbridge, Kimberly Sue (Mike) Gill of Speedway and Jan Maureen (Ron) Lyon of Cloverdale; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and sisters Mary Williams of Belle Union, and Karen Devan of Estero, Fla.
