Donald Ambler
Donald Ambler, 76, of Greencastle, passed away at home on Thursday, March 12, 2020.
He was born in Marion County on June 16, 1943 to Warren and Vivienne (Ormiston) Ambler.
He was a civil engineer for years until opening Ambler Hill Florist with Karen, his wife of 40 years.
Don loved to ride his Harley and drive is 1932 Chevy hot rod. He was a member of the Antique Car Club. Don loved his dog Baxter.
He is survived by his wife, Karen; son, Mike (Teresa) Dean; daughter, Kristie (Scott) Springer; grandchildren, Emily Ann (Ryan) Tingley Dean, Tanner W. Dean and Nicholas Springer; great-grandchildren, Remi Jean and Kadence Tingley; sister, Marsha Eastridge; sister-in-law, Linda (Jerry) Williamson; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services have been entrusted to Bousley Funeral Services of Greencastle.
Cremation is scheduled and services will be announced at a later date.
