Community Foundation closes office due to COVID-19

Thursday, March 19, 2020

The Putnam County Community Foundation has closed its office due to the ongoing threat of coronavirus.

PCCF made the announcement earlier this week in a letter to its constituents.

“At the Community Foundation, our top priority is the health and safety of our staff and the community members we serve,” the statement said. “To protect our employees and community members, our office will be closed indefinitely as of March 17 at 5 p.m. and all employees will work remotely.”

The foundation staff went on to recognize that it is critical for PCCF to be responsive and supportive to the community during this time, so all staff members can be reached by phone or email.

Even though they are working remotely, they can still be reached at 653-4978.

Additionally, all staff members can be reached by email:

Brandon Wells, Executive Director: bwells@pcfoundation.org

Dean Gambill, Community Development Director: dgambill@pcfoundation.org

Julie Thompson, Financial Services Officer: jthompson@pcfoundation.org

Beth Evans, Administrative Assistant: bevans@pcfoundation.org

Neysa Meyer, Communications Director: nmeyer@pcfoundation.org

“Thank you for your continued support and patience during this time,” the statement concluded. “We hope everyone in our community remains safe and healthy as we all continue to navigate through this unprecedented time.”
