Wanetta Crowe Stone Harlan

Wanetta B. Harlan, 93, of Greencastle, passed away on May 6, 2020 at home surrounded by her family from a heart-related illness. She was born Aug. 2, 1926, the daughter of the late Clarence and Rosa Crowe.

She is survived by her children, Gary Stone of Greencastle, Malinda Hostetler, Tony (Penny) Stone of Greencastle, Cathy (Paul) Little of Indianapolis and Lori (Ty) Goebel of Greencastle; grandchildren Jeremiah Stone, Deanna Garcia, Connie Randle, Travis Stone, Brandi Mason, David Hostetler, Mandy McGinnis, Chad Hostetler, Dustin Hostetler, Heath Stone, Sunshine Covert, Brianna Shank and Austin Hutchison; and several great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by one brother, three sisters and husband John Harlan.

Wanetta took great pride in working with her flowers and loved nothing more than spending time with her family.

She had most recently been employed at the VFW Post 1550 and as a Greencastle School Crossing Guard at the Arlington Street crossing.

Due to current restrictions private graveside services will be held.
