Cloverdale council to discuss police car purchases

The Town of Cloverdale will discuss the funding and purchase of two new fully-equipped and marked police vehicles at its regularly scheduled town board meeting on June 9.

The public meeting will be held at the Cloverdale Town Hall located at 154 S. Main St., Cloverdale. The public meeting will be held at 7 p.m.

Funding for the project will be discussed, with potentially utilizing monies provided by a loan and/or a grant through the United States Department of Agriculture’s Rural Development program. A minimum of three quotes will be obtained for the purchase of the police vehicles.
