Meanwhile, class Vice President Hailey Thomas reads the class poem. Students were allowed four guests to watch them walk across the stage. A video compilation was made and thanks to Endeavor Communications, the entire class and their family and friends were able to watch the Class of 2020 graduate via the Cloverdale Athletics YouTube page at 4 p.m. Saturday, May 23, the exact day and time graduation would have been staged before the COVID-19 pandemic.

With the restrictions due to the virus, the band and choir were unable to participate. However, a highlight of the ceremony was CHS band director Jared Metzger playing every instrument of “Pomp & Circumstance” as well as the recessional.
