Widner Sworn In

New Greencastle City Councilman at-large Jacob Widner is sworn into office Thursday night by City Clerk-Treasurer Lynda Dunbar at the outset of the June City Council meeting at City Hall. And when the official oath of office was done, the pair bumped elbows in keeping with social distancing etiquette.
