Daniel Max 'Danny' Green

Daniel Max “Danny” Green, 60, of Greencastle, passed away Thursday, June 18, 2020, at his residence surrounded by his family.

Danny was born in Greencastle on March 17, 1960, the son of Rudy and Joan (Cox) Green.

He was a graduate of Greencastle High School.

Danny attended Cornerstone Baptist Church. He worked for 36 years with Greencastle Community Schools as a director of operations. He loved to fish and enjoyed spending time with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Brenda Green of Greencastle; a daughter, Makenzie Green (fiancé Terry Marks) of Terre Haute; his mother; a brother, Tim Green (wife Sandy) of Reelsville; a sister, Diane Priest (husband Jeff) of Greencastle; and several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Luanne Ford.

A celebration of life will be held for Danny on Saturday, July 18 from 1-5 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church, 218 S. Bloomington St. Dave Neeley will have a message at 5 p.m.
