Leadership Award

Lt. Kent Hutchins (right) receives the receives the Indiana Conservation Director’s Leadership Award for his work, leadership and dedication over his 40-year career. Hutchins receives the award from Col. Steve Hunter, director of DNR Law Enforcement, during a recent DNR Division of Law Enforcement awards ceremony in Indianapolis. Hutchins serves Indiana Conservation District 5, which includes Putnam County.
