Steven Edward Miles

Steven Edward Miles was born July 13, 1960 to Robert Clay and Donna Mae (Blois) Miles in Greencastle. He passed away in his sleep on Aug. 13, 2020 at his home in Plainfield.

Steve was a devout Christian. He was a 1978 North Putnam High School graduate, a USAF veteran, retired machinist and loved gardening, woodworking and an extremely talented photographer.

Steve is survived by his parents of Heritage Lake and four siblings, Carla Beth (Miles) Huestis-Wilson of Greencastle, Loretta (Miles) Pingleton-Bales of Mooresville, William Neal Miles of New Market, and Robert Kell Miles of North Salem. Steve was also survived by dozens of nieces and nephews.

Graveside memorial will be Saturday Aug. 22 at 2 pm at the Bainbridge Cemetery, officiated by his pastor and friend Warren Burns. Friends and family are welcome.
