Breaking the Bank

Monday, August 31, 2020
Making way for a new bank location immediately to the south, crews from Dennis Trucking and Excavating, Terre Haute, use an excavator to bring down the Old National Bank drive-through at the corner of Franklin and Vine streets in Greencastle Monday afternoon. Although the nearby Old National Bank branch remains opened, the drive-through location has been closed since Aug. 17, with no drive-through service available until the new branch opens at Washington and Vine (behind the current location) this winter.

  • What are the plans? Put in a new drive-thru or pave it over for a parking lot?
