Are you fed up with your afternoon slump? Looking for a better way to feel energized other than that fourth caffeinated drink? Join us on Zoom for a free webinar to learn how to combat your energy levels before we enter into a busy holiday season.

Are you wondering what causes your chronic tiredness? In less than an hour, we will identify some ways you can change your energy level. We will address the web of potential causes: nutrition, sleep hygiene, stress and mental health concerns, physical activity and other underlying health concerns. Making changes to your lifestyle can seem overwhelming, but fear not, we will address simple ways you can easily make small changes.

Come join us and learn how to combat your tiredness on Nov. 11 from 12-1 p.m. on Zoom. Abbi Sampson with Purdue Extension-Putnam County will be offering Tired of Being Tired? Six Ways to Stop Chronic Tiredness. You can bring your lunch and learn steps to gain energy at home and work.
