OCRA grant could help small businesses

The City of Greencastle and the Putnam County Commissioners are applying for a grant of up to $10,000 from the Office of Community and Rural Affairs to help local small businesses negatively affected by COVID-19.

Both entities are reaching out to businesses with 25 employees or fewer and can provide financial proof of such negative impact during the period of September-November 2020.
