Robert Ransom ‘Randy’ Harris

Robert Ransom “Randy” Harris passed away on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2021. He was 58.

He was born on April 5, 1962 in Brazil to Sandra “Sandy” Wilcox and the late Larry Harris.

Randy attended Greencastle High School and later married Marty (Dees) Harris on Sept. 3, 1989, who survives.

Throughout the years he worked as a carpenter. He is a former member of the Eagles Lodge 1005 in Crawfordsville.

He moved to Florida in 2014 and spent his days enjoying his time with his family, friends and fishing.

Randy was a loving husband, father, brother, uncle, cousin and friend.

He is survived by his mother, Sandy Wilcox; wife Marty Harris; brother Chad (Nikole) Wilcox; son Casey (Mandy) Harris; daughter Nikole (Dustin) Harris and Meisha Wallace; grandchildren Parker, Lukas, Macy, Lily, Gage, Chance, Karma, Vera, Rainy and Halo; great-grandchild Ashton; nieces Taylor, Harper and Brinley; stepmother Madonna Harris; stepsisters Brenda (Michael) McClaine and Tamie (Joseph) Luckett; and stepbrother Jim (Cammie) Cody.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry Harris, and daughter Kristi Cook.

A celebration of life will follow later this year.
