Earl Ralph Lee Hunt Jr.

Earl Ralph Lee Hunt Jr., 80 of Coatesville, passed away March 5, 2021 in his home.

He was born on Aug. 24, 1940 in Indianapolis to the late Ann Marie Alexander and Earl Ralph Lee Hunt Sr.

Earl married Hester Minton on March 16, 1968 in Brownsburg.

He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the American Legion Avon Post 145.

Earl was a plumber for 43 years, retiring in 2004 from B & W Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. He had previously worked at Orie Close Plumbing.

Survivors include his wife of 52 years, Hester Hunt of Coatesville; children Carl (Kelly) Jones of Avon, Leann (Troy) Walton of Danville, Lisa Hunt (Mike Alexander) of Indianapolis, Leslie (Adrian) Martinez of Danville, Jeff (Melissa) Hunt of Spencer; 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

His parents and seven siblings, Jesse Wright, J. D. Hunt, Paul Donald Wright, Donnie Hunt, Velma Kronameyer, Betty Lou Mikell and Frances Ann Hunt, preceded him in death.

Services will be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 13 in Baker Funeral Home, Danville, with burial to follow in Danville South Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service in the funeral home.
