The community is invited to a concert by gospel singer-songwriter Daryl Mosley on Sunday, March 14 at 11 a.m. at Clinton Falls Community Church, 5975 W. CR 375 North, Greencastle.

Mosley has regularly appeared on the Grand Ole Opry stage and at the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville, Tenn, and has a touring schedule of over 150 concerts a year.

Mosley has been named Songwriter of the Year twice by the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music in America (SPBGMA), and his song “(Ask the Blind Man) He Saw It All” was named Song of the Year in 2006. His songs “Dig In The Dirt” and “Rural Route” from 2017 and 2018, respectively, were also named Song of the Year by the SPBGMA.

Gospel legend Bill Gaither has said that, “(Mosley) is a poet — and we don’t have many poets left.”

Mosley says that songs about faith, the home and community are the foundation of his music. “I love songs about how it used to be, could be still or might have been,” he has said.

The concert is free to the public, but a love offering will be taken.
