Wolfe featured on cover of regional publication
Putnam County real estate broker Eric Wolfe is featured on the cover of the March 2021 edition of Indy Real Producers magazine, an industry publication that tells the stories of Central Indiana’s top producing real estate brokers.
The article tells of Wolfe’s mantra of persistence in his professional life as he grows a successful real estate business with a focus on service to his clients, which has translated into impressive sales rankings in the Indianapolis area market — all from his adopted home town of Greencastle.
The article also mentions Wolfe’s unorthodox career path, which started in Greencastle at the Putnam County Community Foundation, led to DePauw University and includes more than 15 years selling real estate in the local community.
Photos in the article show Wolfe enjoying local amenities such as Bridges Restaurant and the DePauw Nature Park, as well as working with his team members, Sue McCune and Amy Robinson.
“It was a real honor to be featured in the magazine and help bring some good attention to the Greencastle community,” Wolfe said. “The vast majority of the agents ever featured are from Indianapolis or its suburbs, so it’s nice when we get to show that a small town doesn’t necessarily mean small business — and that our community is a great place to live.”
Wolfe holds the No. 1 broker spot in the greater Putnam County, Greencastle and Cloverdale markets in 2020 with more than $27.1 million in sales volume and 161 transaction sides closed in Putnam County alone.
Wolfe has maintained the top spot in Putnam County for four years in a row, the No. 1 spot in Greencastle for the past six years, and the No. 1 spot in Cloverdale for the past two years.
As of the publication date of the magazine, Wolfe was ranked No. 23 in the Central Indiana real estate market.
