No Ag Day festivities Saturday

As was announced in early February, there will be no Putnam County Ag Day event on Saturday.

This is the second consecutive year the Putnam County Ag Day Committee has canceled the annual event in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ag Day will be celebrated nationally on Tuesday, March 23.

Additionally, the Banner Graphic will publish its annual Ag Day section on Friday, March 19.

Featured in the insert will be the 2020 Farmer of the Year and Friend of the Farmer, who were not properly honored last year due to the cancellation of the event.
