Brenda Jean Elliott

Brenda Jean Elliott, 59, of Ladoga, passed away on Friday, March 19, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis.

She was born on March 28, 1961 in Crawfordsville to the late David L. Alexander and Carolyn (Lay) Priddy.

She married Joe Edwin Elliott on May 10, 1980, and he preceded her in death on June 29, 2020.

Brenda graduated with the class of 1979 from North Putnam High School and went on to attend college.

Over the years she worked as a waitress at Little Point Truck Stop and office manager for RHS, and then helped her husband Joe run their business ABC Waste.

She enjoyed going to the beach, playing cards, watching TV, traveling, drinking coffee and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her children, Jill (Shane), Dawn (Kelly), Brenda (David) and Joe (Christy); 10 grandchildren; a sister, Amanda Alexander; stepbrothers David Snyder, Jim Bailey and Danny Snyder; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Joe; brother David Alexander; and stepbrother Richard Snyder.

Funeral service will be at 5 p.m. Wednesday, March 24 at Servies and Morgan Funeral Home, 102 E. Washington St., Roachdale, with Phil Burkhart officiating. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 3 p.m. until time of the service at the funeral home.
