Artists, artisans sought for Green Light Arts Festival

Artists and artisans are invited to participate in the fourth annual Greenlight Art Festival hosted by Putnam County Comprehensive Services, located at 630 Tennessee St, Greencastle. The outdoor event will take place Saturday, Sept. 11 from 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.

The art show and sale is open to artists who create works in 2-D and 3-D media such as ceramics, paintings, photography, drawings, glass, jewelry, digital art, metal art and woodworking.

There will also be space available for Hoosier artisans specializing in handcrafted candles, soaps, signs etc.

The event is free to artists, but they must register due to limited space. The art festival venue in Greencastle is centrally located adjacent to Robe-Ann Park and visible from Tennessee Street, Veterans Memorial Highway and U.S. 231.
