Mary Gail Vermillion

Mary Gail Vermillion, 67, of Greencastle, passed away on Monday, April 13, 2021.

Born Sept. 15, 1953 in Greencastle, she was the daughter of Henry Ford and Dorothy Bell (Young) McCoy.

Mary had worked at Walmart Distribution and Happico for several years.

She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses, Greencastle.

Mary is survived by her sons, Todd (Laura) Vermillion, Timmy Miller and Tommy Miller; daughter Tisha (Joseph) Eiler, siblings Barbara McCoy, Debbie Bunten, Doug Bunten, Lesa Meranda and Jerry Martin; grandchildren Hailey, Harlyn, Harper, Annalyse, Garrett, Sierra and Arizona; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Nathan Vermillion; brothers Dean McCoy and Dan Bunten; and a granddaughter, Amber Miller.

A Celebration of Mary’s Life will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, April 24 at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home, Greencastle. Inurnment will follow at Forest Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from noon until time of services at the funeral home on Saturday.
