“I wanted the students to be a part of beautifying our school grounds, and take their minds off the negatives of this COVID school year,” Cole said. “I wanted them to be a part of presenting some positive messages to our students, staff, parents, faculty, administration and visitors. I learned about these Put-In Cups that snap into a chain link fence, don’t blow away and are also reusable (for future designs). We have been very happy with how they work, and have had many favorable comments on our visual contribution to this highly unusual school year. When the weather warms a bit more, we have some other pictures and messages planned for the fences near Cloverdale Middle School. Thank you to the Mary Allison Grant Project Committee for contributing to the success of this project.”
