COATESVILLE -- The driver killed in a Thursday afternoon crash on State Road 75 has been identified.

Alyssa Couch, 27, Coatesville, was killed when her Toyota Corolla collided with a tri-axle dump truck.

The infant who was transported from the crash was last listed in stable condition as of Friday.

Just after 3 p.m. Thursday, Hendricks County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 4100 block of South SR 75, just north of Coatesville.

The preliminary investigation revealed that Couch’s car was southbound when it crossed left of center and collided with the dump truck.

Investigators are still attempting to determine what caused the vehicle to cross the center line.

The driver of the dump truck was not injured as a result of the crash.

Indiana State Police are assisting in the investigation.
