Darlene Gay Parker

Darlene Gay Parker, 69, of Greencastle, passed away on Friday, June 25, 2021.

She was born June 24, 1952 to Delmas “Joe” and Rita (Abrell) Smith.

Gay married Chuck Parker on Aug. 2, 1991 and he survives. She is also survived by her mother, Rita Smith; daughter Yevette “Evie” Arnold; sons Daniel Burk, Casey Burk and Leif Parker; stepdaughter Natalie White; brother Keith Smith; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Delmas “Joe” Smith.

Funeral services for Gay will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 1 at Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, June 30 at the funeral home.
