Mattox ranks as one of nation’s top originators

Ruoff Mortgage congratulated Cynthia Mattox recently for ranking as a Scotsman Guide 2021 Top Originator. 

Mattox was ranked No. 2,893 in Top Originators - Most Loans Closed with a total of 235 loans closed in 2020. She also appeared in the rankings for the categories of Top Women Originators-Top Volume and Top Originators-USDA Volume.

The Scotsman Guide list is the leading resource for mortgage originators. The list, which ranks the nation’s top mortgage producers, is available online at https://www.scotsmanguide.com/rankings/top-originators.

Mattox was ranked among entries from more than 7,500 mortgage professionals across the country. To be eligible for initial consideration in Scotsman Guide’s Top Originators rankings, originators must have had at least $40 million in loan volume or 100 closed home loans for the 2020 calendar year.

After receiving submissions, Scotsman Guide required written verification of top entrants’ volume data from a certified public accountant, the chief financial officer at the originator’s company or a similar source. Mattox has been with Ruoff for six and a half years.
