Purdue Extension set to host diabetes Medicare session

Purdue Extension-Putnam County will host a forum on Medicare and diabetes on Tuesday, Oct. 19 at 2 p.m. in the York Community Building at the Putnam County Fairgrounds.

Judy Gainey of the State Health Insurance assistance Program (SHIP) will discuss different aspects of Medicare and how they work with managing diabetes. Gainey will also be available to take questions or schedule a one-on-one conversation.

Interested persons may register for the session by Tuesday, Oct. 12 by calling the Extension office at 653-8411.
