Harold ‘Butch’ O. Knight Jr.

Harold “Butch” O. Knight Jr., 80, of Quincy, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021.

He was born Nov. 6, 1940 to the late Harold O. Knight Sr. and Murle C. (Fletcher) Knight.

Harold married Patricia Miller on June 16, 1991 and she survives.

He was a hard working man who always took care of his family.

In addition to his wife Patricia Knight, he is also survived by his children, David (Jennifer) Knight, Allison Greenlee, Tamra (John) Wamsley, Kim (Eric) Gotwals, Charli (Rich) Gregory, Dorothy Knight, Sharon (Jason) Opsal, Julie (Mike) Smith, Kelly (Dawn) Whipple, Jesse Whipple, Wayne (Jonee) Whipple and Cassie Green; sisters Rosie Knight and Francis Vasta; brother Kenneth Knight; 32 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his siblings William Knight, Daniel Knight, Sharon Walton and Norma Jean Knight.

A graveside service for Harold will be held at noon on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at Mannan Cemetery.
