Patricia Ann Bundy

Patricia Ann Bundy, 90, passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021.

Born in Greencastle on Oct. 12, 1930 to Carl (Hap) Gasper and Mary Rose Rossok-Gasper-Cash, Pat graduated from Greencastle High School in 1948 and attended Indiana State University in Terre Haute.

She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church and Putnam County Hospital Guild in Greencastle.

Pat spent 27 years working in the accounting department at DePauw University, retiring in 1996. After retirement, she worked as a hostess at Walden Inn in Greencastle.

In 1999 Pat moved to be closer to her children and grandchildren. She began a new chapter and lived a very full life in Indianapolis. She worked at Indiana University Hospital and the Simon Cancer Center as a Patient Visitor Representative. She also worked at the Indiana State Museum gift shop and for Work One.

Pat was an active and passionate volunteer for Ruth Lilly Hospice, Yellow Rose Unit, at Methodist Hospital (currently, IU Health Hospital) and mentored children at Chapelwood Elementary School on the west side of Indianapolis.

Pat is survived by her daughter, Carla M. Bundy-Mackie of Carmel; two sons, Frank W. Bundy (wife Cindy Bundy) of Indianapolis and Clinton H. Bundy (wife Susan Bundy) of Carmel; two grandsons, Travis Hurst (wife Kari Hurst) of Pittsboro and Heath Hurst (wife Jessie Bishop) of Indianapolis; two granddaughters, Dr. Alyson Bundy of Carmel and Caroline Bundy Esq. of Kansas City, Kan; three great-granddaughters, Jayda, Jena and Parker Hurst; and a great-grandson, Hollis Hurst.

In lieu of flowers, Pat was a proud supporter and fan of the Indiana State Police and in particular, the funds listed below. Your support of these organization in her name would be greatly appreciated: Gary Dudley Memorial Scholarship Fund or the Indiana State Police Alliance Benevolence Fund.
