Leslie Dravo Wooldridge

Leslie Dravo Wooldridge, 83, of Spencer, passed away on Sunday, Nov. 7, 2021.

He was born Jan. 17, 1938 in Jamestown, Ky., to the late Johnny Wooldridge and Aura (Chase) Petrosky.

Leslie retired from I.P.L. after 38 years.

Leslie married Lois Elaine Wooldridge in 1958 and she preceded him in death.

He is survived by his sons Leslie (Erica) Wooldridge of Spencer and Brian (Sherry) Wooldridge of Mooresville; brothers Larry (Janet) Wooldridge, Jimmy (Stephanie) Petrosky and Junior (Sandy) Wooldridge; sisters Barbara Wingham and Kathy (Pete) Benoit; five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

In addition to his wife and parents, Leslie was preceded in death by his sisters, Gerrie (Joe) Allen and Madonna (Gene) Stone; and brother Sammy (AnnaMarie) Wooldridge.

A memorial service for Leslie will be held at noon on Saturday, Nov. 13 at Soul Harvest Church, Cloverdale. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until the service time of noon.
