CLOVERDALE — With a theme of Candy Canes and Christmas Carols, Christmas in Cloverdale, highlighted by the town’s annual Christmas parade, is set for Saturday, Dec. 4.

The festivities will begin with donuts with Santa from 9-11 a.m. at Endeavor Communications.

The Christmas Parade along Main Street (U.S. 231) will begin at 1 p.m.

Following the parade, which will feature Santa as the grand finale as always, the man in red will proceed to the icehouse next to the Cloverdale Township Volunteer Fire Department for free photos with Santa.

At that time, Kuddles Kennels Fur Friends will host meet the Grinch at Cloverdale High School, with donations accepted for Clothe-a-Child.

Clothe-a-Child events will also be going on during the day at Cloverdale High School.

  • Every snowman I have seen this year has been great. Very much talent has gone into each one. I’d hate to be the judge and have to pick the winners. ‘Your Mom’ I hate to see your comment.Best of luck to the winners.

  • These snowmen and women are all very cute and each is worthy of being a winner! Beauty is in the eye of the beholder! They are all winners for their efforts! Good luck to all on Saturday!

  • These were done by business owners, students and clubs at the middle school and high school - not professional artists. I'm glad "Your Mom" is not MY mom, because your comment was cruel, rude, and untrue.
