PCYDC unveils first two teams in Lip Sync Battle

The Putnam County Youth Development Commission (PCYDC) will be hosting its second-annual Lip Sync Battle on Saturday, Feb. 12 at the Putnam County Fairgrounds Community Building.

The 10 teams for this year’s event will be representing Shuee’s Great Buys Plus, Putnam County law enforcement, The Warehouse, Cummins, the agricultural community, Green Room Salon & Spa, Central Elementary, Teacher’s Credit Union, Putnam County Courthouse and the Merkel family.

Teams have committed to raising a minimum of $2,000 and business sponsorships for the event are also available at several different levels:

• Gold - $1,000

• Silver - $500

• Bronze - $250

Each $50 ticket for dinner and the show will come with one voting ballot. Audience members will have the chance to purchase additional ballots for $5 each.

All proceeds from the event go to the Putnam County Youth Development Commission.

Tickets will be available to the public beginning Jan. 17, 2022.

The first two teams to be introduced to the public are the Central Elementary team featuring Josie Hacker, Jill Newton, Ashley Robinson, Heather Perkins and Tammy York, and the law enforcement team of Adrian Lepine, Adam Logan, Ronnie Campbell and Cory Robinson.
