Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.

Several organizations at DePauw University will host Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day activities on Monday, Jan. 17.

Due to the recent rise in covid-19 positivity rates in Putnam County, all of the events are shifting to a fully virtual live program. Zoom links for the panel and workshops are posted on https://bit.ly/33k9Uaj. Service projects will be rescheduled for a later date.

The Hartman Center, Center for Diversity and Inclusion, Office of Sustainability and Gobin Church are partnering in encouraging participants to ask “What are you willing to lose?” while participating in MLK Day events from 11 a.m.-2:30 p.m.

The schedule of events includes:

11 a.m. – Panel: “What are you willing to lose?”

12:30 p.m. – Virtual Workshops with Melissa Bixler and Kristina Byers
